Then I realized that a lack of purpose in life contributed to the impulsive shopping behavior. I decided to set goals that I’m passionate about and do something each day to contribute to those goals. Now the spending is under control. Ironically, my main goal now is to find solutions that will reduce my monthly expenses (which I publish in my blog).
