App of the week: Andora

After already having received a bunch of great feedback on our andora mobile application, we decided to pick this one as our “app of the week” today. It should also be very useful for your Christmas activities.
Andora is an end user application for Google Android phones. It is the first mobile application in the zanox Application Store and helps people to check everywhere and in a few clicks the online price of products and in addition offers the possibilty to recommend those products to friends using Twitter.
Andora thus enables any publisher to potentially convert their phonebook into happy customers.
This is the way it works: Scan the barcode of a real product with the camera of the phone and check if it is available in the zanox affiliate network. We got more than 60 million product offers in our database, so you have a good chance of finding it 
You can either buy the product online or recommend it via Twitter to your friends to receive a commission. It can be also used for price comparison and works best with books and office supplies.
