In just a few weeks, our classic UI will be retired and upgraded to our new User Interface: the zanox marketplace.

    Schade, hoffentlich bleiben die Classic Reports trotzdem noch irgendwie erreichbar. Die Usability ist leider grausig. Bitte macht die Oberfläche endlich auch mobil nutzbar und kümmert euch BITTE um eure iOS App.

    Some of the programs cannot be found in the new interface.

    Is it because the advertisers have yet to transfer new interface?

    Confused!

    Oh nein bitte nicht, damit kann man doch nicht arbeiten. Dann verzichten wir auf zanox. Sind doch eh alle Publisher und Advertiser bei allen Netzwerken.

    some answers in general on your questions – hope they help.

    We have a special help server for the zanox marketplace – available in 10 languages: http://zanox.helpserver.be/browser

    There you should find answers to most of the questions – like this one for “programme profiles”.

    ... Each programme with a complete (!) programme profile will be presented in the Programme Directory.

    Or about the “classical reports”:

    Das kann doch wohl nicht Euer Ernst sein. Bitte nehmt doch mal das Feedback Eurer Publisher ernst. So gehts auf jeden Fall nicht…und führt zu meiner Abmeldung. Sorry

    @Franz – Wir nehmen das Feedback unserer Kunden und Partner sehr ernst. Und es werden in den kommenden Tagen/Wochen noch viele Verbesserungen in Performance, Usability und Features dazu kommen (sitze gerade im Produkt-Meeting – da ist einiges in Arbeit).
    Wir würden uns aber sehr gerne direkt mit Ihnen unterhalten, was Ihre Wünsche an das neue zanox UI sind.     I’m a bit confused with the new productfeeds from the Zanox Marketplace right now.

    From the old “classic” programs you can choose ‘Datafeedgenerator’ which will bring you to the productfeed of the advertiser. In these productfeeds (with url’s like https://df.zanox.com/datafeeds/zanox/productfeeds&#8230 ;) you have the possibility to download just a selection of the productfeed based on ‘Mapping Catalog’. So you can choose to download only a specific category or brand for example.
    These productfeeds (from the ‘classic’ programs) also have columns as color, material, size and gender. These fields includes necessary product-information to filter the results on a publisher website.

    Are the productfeeds from these ‘classic’ programs still available when Zanox is fully transfered to the new Marketplace interface? I hope so, cause I can’t use any of the new productfeeds from the new interface at the moment.

    Or are you guys also planning to transfer the ‘classic’ productfeeds to the new marketplace interface in the near future?

    Already found these productfeeds (as mentioned in the reply above) at ‘my programs’. Just under the pictogram on the right where all banner material and promotion links are placed.. -> ‘Datafeed generator’

    Hallo,

    nun bin ich also in den Marketplace gewechselt – und es fehlt meine komplette Werbefläche samt aller dazugehörigen, freigeschalteten Programme!

    Was für ein riesengroßer Bockmist – Usability wurde von Stümpern gemacht (die einfach nur Technik umgesetzt haben, aber kein bisschen vom früheren Komfort mit integriert haben), und meine ganzen Programme fehlen…

    Und nun???? Was soll das???
