Welcome to zanox’ Global News Round-up! Here you can catch up on last month’s exciting news and events from the territories across our network.
In Brussels, the Benelux team hosted their annual Expert Day. This year the theme was ‘Connect’, with the aim of strengthening the relationship between advertisers, publishers and zanox, as well as highlighting how everyone is always connected with technology and showcasing their cross device tracking solution.
Useful insights were provided by zanox BE Managing Director Lauri Koop and Marnik D’Hoore, Founder & CEO of Bloovi, one of Belgium’s fastest growing information platforms for digital professionals. Additionally there were opportunities to have more informal knowledge sharing during the breakout sessions.
The day concluded with a networking party where advertisers and publishers were able to connect further over food and drinks, while enjoying a picturesque view of Brussels.
In the heart of Warsaw, on 2nd June zanox Poland hosted their first Fashion Expert Day. Content publishers were given the opportunity to meet key advertisers including Sephora, Zalando, Answear, Matras, Primamoda, and Mivo, resulting in new business relationships. Guests also benefitted from useful presentations on affiliate marketing as well as the chance to participate in exciting contests to win prizes. The day was rounded off with dinner in a cosy restaurant and following its success, the team plan to make it a regular event. Check out all of the highlights here.
Two weeks later, the team organised an Open Office Day for Publishers. The event aimed to familiarise publishers with affiliate marketing by giving them an opportunity to see how it works in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, as well as providing a sneak peek of what happens ‘behind the scenes’ at zanox. The Publisher Team were available throughout the day to support and talk to guests, allowing them to fully maximise their time. Not only did the day prove educational, it also led to new business partnerships and the strengthening of existing ones.

Our Brazil team participated in three events in June. First up was Digitalks Forum RJ in Rio de Janeiro, where they had the opportunity to meet with new and existing clients.
Two days later, the Eshow took place in São Paulo where the team exhibited with a large stand that had space for meetings, traditional German food and a ‘Fitness Performance Booth’. They also hosted a workshop called ‘Best Affiliate Marketing Cases’ and were awarded ‘Best Affiliate Agency’ at the eAwards, which led to a big celebration for the team afterwards (and some sore heads!).

On 9th June zanox France organised the first edition of their summer after-work drinks for advertisers and publishers at their office. The evening provided an opportunity for all to network together with the zanox team in a relaxed, tropical setting.

On 14th June zanox Italy organised “zanox – The Performance Hunters”, a special treasure hunt for advertisers starting at the Sforzesco Castle located in Milan’s most famous districts. The guests were divided into different teams, together with the zanoxees, the Board and publisher sponsor. During the hunt they had to answer questions about our business and take funny photos and videos. After two hours of fun, our heroes returned to the castle base to relax and visit the Pity of Rondanini in the museum, opened exclusively for the event.
Plenty of food and drinks, music and a nice view provided the ideal setting for an evening of networking and celebrations for the winning team. Read more about the event here.
